Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your item in its original box with all included hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
